Service Description. This Site describes Deck Cleaning, Patio Cleaning, Roof Cleaning, Vinyl Siding Cleaning, Stucco Cleaning, Fence Cleaning provided by Prestige Power Washing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://prestigepowerwashingnc.com is the property of Prestige Power Washing or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. Prestige Power Washing reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. Prestige Power Washing makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. Prestige Power Washing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
